Pending a decision on any more formal arrangements, the Society is continuing to operate informally with John Talbot as Chair and an ad hoc Committee comprising Julie McDonnell (Secretary), Tracey Talbot (Treasurer), Mary Thompson and Bill Hanks, but without paying members. Any activities (meetings, talks or visits etc) will be organised on a one-off self-funding basis for the time being.

The society's Annual General Meeting followed by an illustrated talk by Malcolm Lock:
"A Victorian of Sutton Courtenay Remembers: The Life of Henry Lock 1875-1963”
Tuesday 13th May at 7.30pm in All Saints’ Church.
The Lock family were licensees of the Plough Inn for several generations. In his later years Henry Lock wrote at length about life in Sutton Courtenay in Victorian times and growing up in the village.
